SUMMER WEDDING INVITES

Inspired by breezy palm trees, and long summer days these idyllic wedding invitations and menus just make you want to run off for a perfect romantic getaway.

We were asked to bring something fresh and fun for this magazine-styled shoot and I think these turned out so nicely. The menu cards were digitally printed with vivid green palm tree leaves and each table had cut out table numbers that were inserted into Ferrero Rocher chocolates that doubled as their base.

Larger table numbers were printed with the same palm tree pattern, lasercut out and placed at the center of each table. Every guest has their name personalised on a laser cut heart and banded together with some organic flower around their napkin.

To finish it off the gift card was digitally printed once again with the green palm leaf pattern and added to a small bag that contained some seeds for planting.

I am an international wedding and portrait photographer originally from México, now based in South Africa. I absolutely love traveling and going to places I’ve never been, I can’t stay in one place for too long without doing some sort of travel. I often say I have gypsy feet! I try to visit México every year for work and to visit my friends and family. Not to mention I get to eat as many tacos as I want! Every time I travel to México I try to make a stopover in New York City to visit friends and get energized by the city that never sleeps.

This love affair I have with traveling has given me the opportunity to meet and work with awesome photographers around the world. I have experience working in Botswana, Tanzania, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, USA, and México. I am available for destination weddings worldwide, my passport and gypsy feet are always ready to go!

Classic white and ivory will always have a place, and greys have been especially prominent, but right now flowers in full bloom and bursts of vibrant colour are coming to the fore. Also trending is rose gold foiling, on navy card – a boldly stylish look.

This is exactly what Anri and Kobus went for with these stunning digital invites. They incorporated bright flowers with their wedding stationery to boost their botanical Spring wedding theme. Finished off with hints gold and simple organic materials that worked extremely well together. finish off your design.

Individual digital name tags, menus, envelope liners and save the dates all printed with the same floral pattern finish off their stunning design.

Letterpressed navy blue invites accompanied by matching name tags, organic green flowers and personalised laser cut table names were the order of the day resulting in the wonderful rustic feel that the magazine was after.
